Shipping Policy

1.FREE SHIPPING on every order above $60
For orders below $60, there is a standard delivery fee of $5 per order, per location.  If you wish to deliver items to more locations, kindly place orders separately for each location.

2.Bulk purchase (Gallon size) is subjected to extra shipping cost even if your order is above $60.

3. All orders will be delivered between 3 to 5 working days from the date of order confirmation.                                                                                                                      Please note that if you have selected the PayNow option, your order will only be confirmed once we have received a screenshot of your payment transaction.)

4. Delivery timing will be between 9am to 10pm every day, except Sundays, eve of public holiday and holiday.

5. We also offer POPStation service.
If you want to collect your parcel at POPStation, please provide us your preferred POPStation location when checkout (on Order Notes). After your items are delivered to your selected POPstation, you will receive a SMS message with Locker Number and Collection PIN code. Please collect your items at your convenience 24/7. Items will be stored for 5 days after the delivery to the POPstation.
